The Polish photographer Monika’s inspiration to take up photography was her kids. They naturally therefore became the main objects portrayed by her, and this has remained so even today, in addition to pictures from other fields. Her portraits are alive from the intensive expression of the children, sometimes playful and dreamy, and then again serious and thoughtful. By the perfect choice of light and the interaction of color and black&white, Monica impressively displays the various facets of her children. Looking at their portfolio it is obvious that Monika is also moving into the artistic field. It will be interesting to see how further projects develop, as the pictures we have seen thus far show a lot of promise.
